Jesus loves everyone … this seems like a simple, well-known concept, but not to a 3 or 4 year old. Jesus loves everyone … no exceptions. Isn't that great news? This month we will share stories with our preschoolers that show how Jesus loved while He was here on Earth. He took time to talk with the woman at the well who had no friends. He chose to spend time with those considered not worthy of His love like Zacchaeus. Then, Jesus asked us to spread this love. "Love each other as I have loved you," John 15:12. We will be sharing with and teaching preschoolers not only that Jesus loves everyone, but that He wants us to do the same. We can share His love with others by being good friends to them.
If you have a child in Grace Acres this month, they will be learning the truths that Jesus loves them, Jesus loves everyone, and He wants us to love everyone. They will be learning these truths through games, songs, activities, crafts, amazing storytellers, and great volunteers, who love on your children and show God's love by example. Grace Acres is an exciting place and this is an exciting time! This is the perfect time for your child to begin to learn these truths and concepts and to begin to see how much fun and joy there is in learning about who God is and learning more about His Word. I want to encourage you and challenge you to make sure your child is in Grace Acres each week in March. You will be making an investment that will last a lifetime!
