When and where are your services?
Sunday mornings at 8:30 am, 10 am, and 11:30 am. We meet at Rossview High School, 1237 Rossview Road, which is right off Exit 8 on I-24.

Do you have plans to meet in a permanent facility?

Since April of 2007, we have met at Rossview High School. It has been a wonderful experience. However, we do plan to one day have a permanent centrally located facility that meets our growing needs as well as the needs of our community.

What are your Sunday services like?
The dress and atmosphere tends to be casual. You can wear jeans. You can wear a tie. It's your decision. The music is upbeat and full of energy. The messages are always centered on the Bible.

When should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the service. This is especially important if you have children. Checking-in children to their age-appropriate environments takes a couple of extra minutes. To make things easier for you, we invite you to use our online check-in system on this site if you are a first time guest.

What do you offer for children?
Each Sunday morning, we offer age-appropriate environments where kids can be kids. Grace Acres is for pre-school age children. Cross Street is for elementary school age children. In both enviornments, children have the truth of God communicated to them in a way they understand. Check out www.gcomkids.com for details.

What do you offer for teenagers?
On Sunday mornings, teenagers are given opportunities to serve. These young men and women are vital parts of the weekend experience. On Wednesday nights at 7 pm, we have a place just for them. All middle school and high school students are invited to gather at St. Bethlehem Church on Dunbar Cave Road. There, they will find a worship gathering tailored just for them. Check out www.relevantstudents.com for details.

Do you have Sunday School or small groups?
We believe that lives are changed in the context of community. Because of that, we offer community groups. These groups of 12-15 people meet once a week in relaxing environments all over the city (most meet in homes). The Bible is discussed, friendships are made, and lives are changed. E-mail our Director of Community Groups at groups@gcomchurch.com .

How do I get involved?
Everyone has gifts and talents. Those abilities have been given for the purpose of serving others. There are volunteer opportunities all over Grace Community. Joining a volunteer team is a great way to meet people and contribute to the mission of this church. If you would like to find a service opportunity that fits you, e-mail volunteer@gcomchurch.com .

How do I become a member?
Church membership is not something the Bible commands. It is, though, a way for you to express your commitment to what God is doing with Grace Community. Approximately 8 times a year, we offer Q & A sessions on Sunday mornings before one of the morning services. At the end of these sessions, attendees are given for the opportunity to sign a commitment card and become a member.

What do you believe about baptism and the Lord's Supper?
We encourage all followers of Jesus to experience baptism. Periodically, we offer off-campus baptism opportunities and given an open invitation. We baptize by immersion because that was Jesus' model of baptism. Baptism is not salvation. It is a symbol of the new life that Jesus brings about in the lives of His believers.

We believe communion, or the Lord's Supper, is also a symbol. It symbolizes the body of Jesus that was sacrificed for us. We observe this ordinance throughout the year during our Sunday services.

Check out the "What We Believe" section on our site for further information on beliefs and doctrine.

How do people give financially to this church?
Each Sunday, during morning services, we receive an offering. These financial gifts enable this church to fulfill the mission and vision God has given it. The Old Testament references a "tithe," or "tenth," as an acceptable gift. The New Testament says little about this but does talk about giving in accordance to what God has given us. We believe giving is a demonstration of faith in God. We are to give in such a way that takes faith. See the "Give" tab for details about online giving.

What is expected of me?
When you visit Grace, you will not be put on the spot. We will not single you out or require you to give us any information. After the service, we will not coming knocking on your door. We ask only that you allow us to be your host.
